Top SOAP Christmas Events

December is here which means one thing – CHRISTMAS IS HERE! Snow, Santa, Presents and a lovely bit of bucks fizz is on its way but the only thing missing this year is a SOAP christmas party. This week we thought we’d show you some of our favourite christmas events from over the years. Let the reminiscing commence!

Nightmare Before Christmas

Christmas wouldn’t be right without a classic Christmas film so we decided to make an event with one of everyone’s faves, Nightmare Before Christmas. Candy Canes, Santa hats, Mince Pies, we had it all. Did you see The Grinch pay us a little visit, to create chaos of course! The ultimate nightmare appearance of The Grinch blessed us with all those great pictures though.

Snow In The Dark

Living in the UK during Christmas means a guarantee of no snow :’) what even is Christmas without a little bit of snow? Now of course we’re out here trying to make your party dreams possible so we hosted an indoor snow party! That’s right, drink in one hand, Santa hat on, absolute bangers blaring whilst you look up and watch that pretty snow fall.

Gingerbread House Party

Reckon you could win a gingerbread house building competition? We put everyone in Ashford to the test and what a load of fun that was. Of course the houses didn’t stay intact (drunk people get a little hungry!) but who can say no to Gingerbread, right!?

Rudolph’s Rave / Ride The Rudolph

Rudolph joined us for Christmas and everyone earned themselves a ride! He was a bit of a feisty one that year because  a lot of you never managed to stay on for very long! Not many people can say they’ve ridden Rudolph but if you came to Rudolphs Rave flaunt it and make em all jealous! 😉

Snow Ball With Danny Jones

So we’ve mentioned our Snow In The Dark party which in itself is pretty damn cool but we took it that step further and had Danny Jones from Mcfly join us, playing his own DJ set till the early AM. Not being biased or anything but what a christmas gift and yes we did give it to you!

Been to any of our Christmas parties? Let’s reminisce in the comments!

National No Dirty Dishes Day: UK’s Favourite Takeaway Choices

Let’s be honest, the best part of the takeaway experience is when you’re done eating a painfully large amount of food, unable to move, feeling both remorseful but also a little bit proud, and then realising there’s no washing up to be done; the chow mein pots can simply be given to the dog to lick clean and then recycled appropriately. This means you can remain seated on the couch, nursing your bloated stomach until you fall asleep and then wake up for the leftovers. For this reason, we are giving a run-down of the UK’s favourite Takeaway Choices, as voted for by the public, in honour of National No Dirty Dishes Day.
